About MultiCare Cancer Institute MultiCare Cancer Institute is a physician-led, multi-specialty group within MultiCare Health System, delivering integrated hematology, oncology, radiation, surgical and supportive care across Washington state. Each year, we diagnose and treat more than 6,000 new cancer cases across Olympia, Spokane, Tacoma and Yakima. As we continue to grow, we are building the Pacific Northwest's most comprehensive and high-value oncology network-projected to double in volume over FTE: 1 Shift: Day Schedule: Clinic hours Position Summary The Supervisor-Access Services is responsible for daily operations (24hour/7day) for multiple registration check in points, and the supervision of staff at multiple locations/areas. The Supervisor implements, communicates and ensures adherence to department procedures and policies; ensures high-quality service is delivered to patients at registration and the accuracy of patient information; manages staff schedules based on call demand; monitors metrics to ensure consistent service and access in accordance with policy; ensures coordination of services with other departments to promote the highest level of efficiency and patient satisfaction and/or to identify and fix any gaps in registration process and patient's flow process; oversees patient communications and budgeting and participates in the short- and long-range planning and quality improvement. Requirements Associate degree required, two (2) years of leadership experience will be considered in lieu of the degree Two (2) years of experience in Access Services, Hospital Registration or Revenue Cycle field Previous experience and demonstrated skills in a supervisor or lead capacity Consideration may be given to internal applicants not meeting the education requirements Why MultiCare Cancer Institute? As required by various pay transparency laws, we share a competitive range of compensation for candidates hired into each position. The pay scale is $71,677.00 - $103,168.00 USD. However, pay is influenced by factors specific to applicants, including but not limited to: skill set, level of experience, and certification(s) and/or education. If this position is associated with a union contract, pay will be reflective of the appropriate step on the pay scale to which the applicant's years of experience align.
