Job description:
Fencing Company in Tacoma looking for a Fencing Foreman
As a Fencing Foreman, you will build and repair metal, vinyl, O/I, wood, and other fences and gates. Must have the ability to train and delegate work to a helper. We work year-round and our clients are residential, commercial, government, municipalities, etc.
- Coordinate with Lead Estimator to ensure you understand the job
- Safely drive company vehicle to and from job site
- Ensure truck is loaded and safely secured with necessary materials each day
- Ability to solve complex/simple problems in a timely manner
- Keep work vehicle clean
- Communicate effectively with clients and co-workers and treat them with respect
- Follow all safety rules and regulations and maintain a safe and clean work environment
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid driver's license with good driving record
- Previous fencing knowledge or experience as a foreman leading a crew
- Excellent attendance, dependability, and a positive attitude are a must
- Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus
Benefits
- Pay is $24-30 per hour to start (depending on experience)
- We have multiple City contracts that allow us to give our crews Prevailing wage jobs at $57.66 hr!
- Vacations and holidays are paid after 1 year
