Digital Marketing Specialist We have an opportunity for a Digital Marketing Specialist to join our Demand Generation team in Tacoma, reporting to the Manager of Demand Generation. In this role, you will help manage multi-channel digital campaigns and provide in-depth reporting on performance. You will play a crucial role in developing and launching digital campaigns across search, display and paid social. This is a hybrid role with two days a week (Tuesdays & Thursdays) in our Tacoma office. Be a Contributor - What You'll Do Develop and execute strategies to achieve digital campaign goals Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns and strategies tailored to key initiatives Monitor marketing campaign progress and impact on marketing funnel goals to drive qualified pipeline Regularly report digital programs contribution to pipeline and revenue goals Work closely with cross-functional teams, fostering strong relationships to ensure alignment on digital marketing objectives and strategies. This includes collaborating with colleagues, agencies, and other stakeholders. Be Prepared - What You Bring 1+ years of experience in B2B marketing role Some experience with digital marketing preferred Agile, curious, organized, communication skills, and numbers-oriented Proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. This includes effective communication, active listening, and a positive attitude when working with others Ability to work onsite at the Tacoma office (2 days a week) BA or BS in Marketing or related field Be Successful - Your Path First 90 Days: Immerse in our culture, connect with mentors (Blox Buddies), and map the systems and meet with key stakeholders that rely on your work. Discuss and create short/long term goals. Six Months: Drive global digital campaigns for new logo and customer expansion. Optimize conversion to meetings and pipeline through alignment with internal stakeholders. Test new variations of digital campaigns to improve performance One Year: Achieve business and personal objectives related to demand generation and pipeline.
