Meta Enterprise Technical Sales Director, LATAM in São Paulo, Brazil

Summary:

Meta is seeking a Director to lead our Enterprise Technical Sales for Business Messaging and AI solutions. This executive will be responsible for building and scaling a consultative sales organization, driving adoption of advanced messaging and AI products across mid and large-sized enterprise clients. The Director will own the vision, roadmap, and revenue goals, partnering with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, scalable solutions that transform client operations.The Director will be a strategic, creative leader with experience in enterprise-level technical sales, preferably in SaaS and multi-product environments. This role is critical to unlocking the potential of Meta’s Business Messaging platform—including API integrations, CRM/ERP solutions, and Agentic AI capabilities—by bridging business and technical conversations and driving measurable outcomes for clients.

Required Skills:

Enterprise Technical Sales Director, LATAM Responsibilities:

  1. Build, lead, and mentor a consultative sales team serving enterprise clients, acting as a player/coach to drive both long-term growth and immediate results

  2. Develop and execute a comprehensive GTM strategy for Business Messaging, aligning with Meta’s topline goals and focusing on enterprise technical sales

  3. Own and deliver on revenue, pipeline, and growth targets across a diversified enterprise portfolio

  4. Establish and track KPIs to measure success and drive accountability within the technical sales organization

  5. Drive long-term planning and resource allocation to ensure sustainable impact across GTM functions

  6. Lead cross-functional collaboration with Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, Engineering, Policy, and Legal teams to optimize client outcomes and support unique technical needs

  7. Represent Meta as a thought leader at industry conferences and executive forums

  8. Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to drive growth and innovation in Business Messaging and AI

  9. Oversee sales enablement and training, ensuring the team is equipped to deliver value to enterprise clients

  10. Implement best practices for client interaction, technical sales, and product implementation, contributing to global playbooks and guides

  11. Build trust with high-level enterprise decision makers across business, technical, customer experience, and marketing functions, serving as a strategic advisor

  12. Streamline decision-making and unblock barriers for cross-functional teams, ensuring successful execution and alignment with company goals

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. 5+ years of people management experience, leading, mentoring, and coaching direct reports

  2. Proven track record of meeting revenue targets and driving revenue growth with both emerging opportunities and established enterprise partnerships

  3. Experience launching and accelerating 0-1 products, scaling through influencing products and processes, and integrating priorities with company-wide systems, tools, and resources

  4. Ability to lead teams to run 0-1 and 1-10 projects, with a focus on delivering results-oriented initiatives

  5. Analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions

  6. Demonstrated ability to navigate and excel in uncertain and ambiguous environments

  7. Experience working with large global, cross-functional and global teams

  8. Bachelor’s degree
