The Data Management capability is focused on optimizing data frameworks and processes to deliver Best-in-class cross pillar solutions , facilitating informed decision-making.
Support data integrity and reliability by maintaining rigorous standards, leveraging best practices, and using innovative Techniques.
As a member of the Insights & Analytics team, the Data Management Lead will:
Aligning Global-to-Local Data Management initiatives to support MCO BR market
Ensuring seamless integration between business needs, digital and Sanofi hubs to meet Service Level Agreements.
Prioritizing market and GTM data initiatives for the Biopharma and Vaccines portfolio strategies, including Immunology, Rare Diseases, Onco-Haematology, Cardiometabolic, Flu, RSV, and Brand Launches.
Partnering with Sanofi Hubs, Digital, and I&A business partners to maintain data stability and continuity.
Driving optimization and standardization initiatives to minimize local efforts.
Collaborating with global teams and other pillars to uphold data curation best practices.

Main responsibilities:
Aligning Global-to-Local Data Management initiatives to support MCO BR market.
Ensuring seamless integration between business needs, digital and Sanofi hubs to meet Service Level Agreements.
Prioritizing market and GTM data initiatives for the Biopharma and Vaccines portfolio strategies, including Immunology, Rare Diseases, Onco-Haematology, Cardiometabolic, Flu, RSV, and Brand Launches.
Partnering with Sanofi Hubs, Digital, and I&A business partners to maintain data stability and continuity.
Driving optimization and standardization initiatives to minimize local efforts.
Collaborating with global teams and other pillars to uphold data curation best practices.
As key responsibilities you will:
Deep mapping and understanding of current Data Landscape.
Avoid overlap between Local – Global initiatives.
Decommission local initiatives while prioritizing Global offerings (80% Global Offerings vs 20% Local Tools).
Operate effectively in ambiguous situations and provide guidance for setting up SLAs and transitioning services/operations to Sanofi hubs.

• Maintain knowledge of and comply with the principles of Ethics and Integrity, Sanofi policies and codes of conduct that regulate the pharmaceutical market.
• Comply with and promote Sanofi Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) policies, with the aim of preventing accidents, avoiding health risks, promoting employee well-being and reducing environmental impacts resulting from the execution of work activities.
• Support Sanofi Diversity & Inclusion strategy and initiatives to ensure all employees and partners are treated with respect and receive equal opportunities.
Main requirements:
Education Background: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Data Science, IT, or related fields.
· Pharmaceutical Business Acumen: Business acumen and knowledge of pharmaceutical business models in countries.
Competencies:
Technical Skills:
Proficient in data engineering and database management tools like Snowflake, Informatica, and MySQL.
Strong understanding of the data lifecycle and data governance.
Expertise in data modeling and data quality indicators.
Experience in data visualization and descriptive analytics.
Desirable programming skills in Python for data-wrangling (Pandas, Numpy, SQLAlchemy, Dask)
Soft Skills:
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate data-driven narratives to both Backoffice and business stakeholders.
· Resilience and the ability to work in ambiguous situations.
· Attention to Detail: Meticulous approach to ensure accuracy and integrity of flat data and calculated KPIs.
