Minimum qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
10 years of experience in renewals, account management, sales, or a customer-facing role.
Experience in people management.
Ability to communicate in English and either Portuguese or Spanish fluently to engage with regional LATAM stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
Experience with Google Workspace, or other collaboration and productivity solutions.
Experience selling AI-powered solutions, with an understanding of the AI landscape.
Experience working in a partner-centric sales model.
Ability to develop and execute a go-to-market (GTM) strategy in a new and ambiguous market.
Ability to exceed sales targets and drive growth in a competitive environment.
Excellent communication, presentation and problem-solving skills, with the ability to influence at all levels of an organization, and to use data to drive decision-making.

In this role, you will be moving beyond traditional sales motions and embracing a new mission: to empower organizations to transform their workplaces into the most capable and efficient AI-powered productivity platforms.
You will be the challenger in the age of Generative AI, and will win by being more agile, more provocative, and more deeply invested in the customers' success than anyone else.
Responsibilities
Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing team of sellers, foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, with a challenger mindset, and Invest in the career development of the team.
Set clear priorities, objectives, and action plans for your team, ensure alignment with the broader strategy and OKRs.
Drive AI transformation within the team, coach them on how to leverage AI to enhance their productivity and to identify opportunities for human-AI collaboration for the customers.
Develop and execute a regional sales strategy for the agentic workplace transformation play, focus on the SMB segment in LATAM.
Drive a unified GWS + Gemini sales motion, ensure that Gemini enterprise is positioned as a core component of every customer conversation. Ensure operational excellence in sales processes, including accurate forecasting and pipeline management, leverage data and customer insights to guide your team.
