Level: Junior

The Analyst, Quality Systems Jr contributes to ensuring Quality System processes remain compliant with company requirements and site objectives. This role supports the Quality Systems leadership by identifying improvement opportunities, proposing solutions, and assisting with the maintenance, control, and continuous improvement of Quality System processes.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

  • Review, control, and maintain documents related to the Quality System.

  • Support change management processes applicable to the Quality System, including deviation investigations in accordance with procedures.

  • Perform record registration, lending, retrieval, and propose process improvements.

  • Conduct documentation Good Practice audits and support investigations of identified deviations.

  • Provide technical support to users regarding Quality System standards and procedures.

  • Administer user access to Quality System applications.

  • Participate in GEMBA activities across functional areas, when required.

  • Manage controlled copies, perform daily Quality System activities, and investigate nonconformances as needed.

  • Act as Change Analyst in Adaptiv , supporting users to meet documentation requirements.

  • Support internal and external Quality audits.

  • Suggest, implement, and support continuous improvement projects across Quality processes.

  • Communicate revisions of franchise procedures to impacted areas and assess Quality System impacts.

  • Support the development and execution of user training sessions when necessary.

  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, standards, procedures, and applicable regulations.

  • Communicate relevant business issues or improvement opportunities to the next management level.

  • Perform other related tasks as assigned.

Experience & Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Pharmacy, Biology , or related fields.

  • Basic English (reading, writing, and communication).

  • Previous experience in Quality, Quality Systems , or related areas is required.

Required Knowledge & Skills

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Knowledge of:

  • Quality Systems and Quality Tools

  • Problem‑solving and continuous improvement methodologies

  • Basic project management concepts

  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • Presentation skills and experience with training or knowledge‑sharing activities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and support compliance‑driven environments.
