Emerson Parts Support Representative in SZÉKESFEHÉRVÁR, Hungary

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

  • Respond to customer sales enquiries received via phone, email, or digital channels, ensuring timely, professional, and solution-oriented communication.

  • Qualify enquiries to provide the most appropriate customer solutions while adhering to delegation of authority, export compliance requirements, and business policies.

  • Partner closely with local sales teams to prioritize activities, support proactive selling initiatives, and contribute to key account planning and customer strategies.

  • Identify the most effective replacement part solutions by understanding customer needs and accurately determining correct part numbers.

  • Prepare clear, accurate, and technically sound quotations that highlight customer value and business benefits, keeping sales offices informed throughout the process.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and cross-functional partners to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions and service levels that differentiate Emerson from competitors.

  • Actively follow up on quotations, support opportunity conversion, and contribute to sales growth.

  • Seek continuous improvement opportunities to enhance processes, customer satisfaction, and overall service quality.

  • Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines.

  • Comfort working with digital tools, systems, and data to support enquiry management and order processing.

  • A collaborative approach and willingness to work across functions and geographies.

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:

  • An engineering degree or equivalent experience supporting industrial, manufacturing, or engineered product environments.

  • Familiarity with quotation processes, order management, or aftermarket/parts support.

  • Exposure to international or cross-cultural sales organizations.

  • A continuous improvement mindset with ideas for enhancing customer experience and internal processes.
