With this step, we are able to provide even higher quality services and more direct machine deliveries to our customers.
Job Summary
The Sales Engineer will drive new business development within the industrial segment, operating from a home office in the Szolnok area. This role combines technical expertise with strong hunting capabilitiesdelivering presentations, designing tailored solutions, and preparing detailed proposals. The position focuses on building and maintaining long-term client relationships, managing key accounts when needed, and achieving sales objectives through strategic planning, lead generation, and performance analysis.
Responsibilities
Expand our customer base and extend the company's global reach, specifically in the industrial sector
Meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships that address their needs
Proper follow-up on generated funnel
Manage monthly booking and revenue, according to the Company's target
Collaborate with the technical team to propose customized solutions
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, industry trends, and competitor offerings
Participate in trade fairs and industry events
Basic Qualifications
Degree in Engineering is preferred
Five or more years of experience in managing sales, preferentially in a corporate setting
Proven record of success with the entire sales process, from planning to closing
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Leadership ability
Availability to travel at least 80% of the time
English is a must
Travel & Work Arrangements/Requirements
Depending on the assignment fully site-based, occasionally in the countryside or frequent travels within the assigned region of Hungary, or occasionally throughout the neighbouring countries.
Key Competencies
Experience and knowledge related to low-pressure business, specifically in the Industrial segment
Good technical skills and knowledge of products like PD Blower, Screw blower, Turbo, and liquid ring vacuum pumps.
Capability to perform basic financial analyses.
Capability to hold meetings at a high level with all the major Customers, mainly EPC.
