We’re hiring for an Administrative Services Supervisor to join our team in Szarvas, Hungary.

As Administrative Services Supervisor you will be responsible for organizing, coordinating and supervising the administrative activities at the Szarvas site in accordance with the requirements defined by Corteva.

You will maintain communication with key partners and actively participate in organizing company programs, supporting employee morale, and ensuring engagement.

You will also ensure continuous communication with labor staffing agencies; monitoring and controlling all costs, invoices, and performance related to temporary workforce services.

Your Challenge:

Administration:

  • Manages and oversees the plant’s administrative, financial, and labor-related activities and tasks and ensures the admin related material resources.

  • Monitors and controls all processes associated with temporary workforce services.

Workforce Management:

  • Participates in the selection of new employees, supports the onboarding program, and monitors employees’ goal setting and progress.

  • Develops training and development programs and contributes to succession planning; follows up the personal development plans.

Employee Engagement and Culture:

  • Designing and implementing employee engagement programs.

  • Collecting employee feedback and developing action plans (“Your Voice – Our Future,” etc.).

  • Strengthening corporate values and culture at all organizational levels.

Leadership:

  • Managing both direct and indirect reports, coordinating their work, and delegating tasks effectively.

  • Responsible for ensuring that the administrative and cleaning teams understand and comply with all safety requirements.

Coaching:

  • Coaching leaders and supporting team development initiatives.

Employee Relations:

  • Strengthening organizational culture and employee engagement.

  • Managing conflicts, facilitating mediation, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations. Leading communication initiatives and employee satisfaction programs

Safety & Ethics:

  • Complies with and is accountable for ethical conduct; participates in the implementation of safety standards

External Relations:

  • Maintains communication with municipalities, authorities, service providers, medical service partners, staffing agencies, training institutions, and secondary and higher education institutions.

  • Participates in the development of support schemes (TAO-related programs).

People Partner Cooperation:

  • Supporting the regional People Partner and jointly planning and executing shared projects

Key Stakeholders and Interactions :

Internal:

Operational level: All employees and managers working at the Szarvas site.

Organizational level: SPSC, HR, PR, Sales, Communications, Legal.

External:

Authorities, Growers / Producers, Suppliers, Contractors, Subcontractors, Sales Representatives, Medicover (healthcare provider), Payroll Department / Payroll Service Provider, Temporary Workforce Agencies.

To Grow What Matters, You Will Need

  • College or university degree in Finance, Agriculture, Management, or Human Resources.

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative duties and/or employment-related activities.

  • Ability to handle materials weighing 5–20 kg, perform prolonged desk work, work in front of a screen, and walk for extended periods.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Good organizational skills

  • Intermediate computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

  • Leadership ability and the capability to foster effective teamwork

  • Communicative level of English, both spoken and written
