Job Description:Isaac Heating & Air Conditioning is currently in search of an experienced Residential HVAC Installer to join their Syracuse, NY team to support their Residential department. In this role, you will install equipment according to an established service schedule and troubleshoot and rectify any potential problems for all our loyal clients. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of heating and cooling systems, along with experience installing and troubleshooting HVAC equipment. Responsibilities:Perform installations of furnaces, boilers, heat pumps, fireplaces, AC units etc. for residential clientsInteract with homeowners to educate, build relationships, and address HVAC concernsEnsure the HVAC equipment that was installed is clean and safe upon departureSafely operate hand tools, power tools, generators, and other equipment as required by the jobPerform other duties as assigned by your manager Job Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalent requiredAt least 2-5 years of HVAC experience requiredOSHA 10-hour Certificate preferredEPA Universal Certification preferredValid drivers license with an acceptable driving record Competencies:Excellent written, verbal, and active listening skillsExceptional customer service skillsStrong organizational skillsAbility to work individually and as part of a teamTechnical knowledgeCustomer focusedProblem-solving skillsBasic math skills What can we offer you?Competitive base payPaid Personal DaysPaid Holidays401k PlanHealth, dental, vision insuranceTool allowanceUniform allowanceCompany vehicle The starting base salary range for this position is $25-30/hr. This is the range of the base pay only, it does not include other components that make up the total compensation package of the position.
