This is a great opportunity for an individual to help grow our construction practice.The Drafter/Detailer will be responsible for assisting in delivery of Mechanical and HVAC services in a multitude of markets including healthcare, higher education, entertainment/hospitality, government, aviation, and industrial projects across the United States.Position Responsibilities * Create layout and ductwork shop drawings utilizing Revit models and/or AutoCAD design drawings integrating proposed equipment submittal documentation. * Collaborate with architects, engineers and project managers to develop and refine project construction documents including plans, elevations, sections, and details necessary for each project. * Coordinate with the other design disciplines (Architects and MEP Engineers) in the delivery of HVAC and Mechanical shop drawing layouts. * Create drawings and technical details for internal shop fabrication. * Communicate effectively with internal and external team members to ensure project success. * Ensure all designs comply with industry standards and project specifications.
