Following Orientation, you'll begin working in full-time position outlined below and take part in ongoing development activities including quarterly development sessions, active mentorship, and a Hackathon Project.Group Function Rotations Graduates in our Finance teams will take part in a 12-month exploration. Your first 6 months will be in the role outlined below and you will return to this role following a broadening 6-month placement designed to provide you with a breadth of experience within your functional area and accelerate your progression at National Grid. This placement will provide you with the opportunity to solve complex problems and focus on growth that will transform the energy sector as we know it.About the PositionAs an Associate Analyst, you'll join a dedicated team committed to delivering financial insights that drive strategic decisions and sustainable growth. You'll play a key role in supporting financial operations, helping us deliver value to our stakeholders and communities across New York State.
