Our client, a leading organization in the retail and hospitality industry, is seeking a Bilingual Recruiter to join their team. As a Bilingual Recruiter, you will be part of the recruitment department supporting the hiring process for new locations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, adaptability, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bilingual Recruiter
Location: Melville, NY
Pay Range: $30- $35/hr
Shift: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Duration: 2 months
What's the Job?
Recruit and screen candidates for grocery, produce, dairy, bakery, deli, and cashier roles for a new location in Greenvale, NY
Coordinate interview schedules and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers
Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities and candidate information
Support the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a smooth transition
Collaborate with team members to meet hiring goals and improve recruitment strategies
What's Needed?
Minimum of 3 years of experience in full cycle recruiting, particularly in restaurant and retail environments
Fluent in English and Spanish, with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment processes efficiently
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-focused attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
