Job Summary:
We are seeking a Test Program Manager with 12 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SQL PySpark AI/ML Validation/Testing Test Metrics and Reporting API testing Machine Learning Data Science and Python.
Responsibilities
Oversee the testing program to ensure all deliverables meet the highest quality standards.
Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies for AI/ML models and applications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of testing processes.
Analyze test results and provide detailed reports to stakeholders for informed decision-making.
Utilize SQL and PySpark to manage and manipulate large datasets for testing purposes.
Lead the validation and testing of machine learning models to ensure accuracy and reliability.
Implement test metrics and reporting systems to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
Conduct API testing to ensure seamless communication between different software components.
Collaborate with data scientists to validate data models and ensure data integrity.
Provide insights and recommendations based on test results to enhance product performance.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in testing methodologies.
Manage resources effectively to optimize testing processes and outcomes.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance testing efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications:
Possess strong expertise in SQL and PySpark for data manipulation and analysis.
Demonstrate proficiency in AI/ML validation and testing methodologies.
Have a solid understanding of test metrics and reporting techniques.
Exhibit experience in API testing and ensuring software component integration.
Show proficiency in machine learning and data science principles.
Be skilled in Python programming for testing and automation purposes.
Have excellent communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
