News Xtend is seeking a Performance Manager to join our dynamic Digital Trading team. This is a chance to be a key player, leveraging your platform expertise to achieve critical client goals.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a Performance Manager , you are the expert tactician focused on the hands-on execution and optimisation of performance campaigns. Your main focus will be:

  • Executing advanced strategies across multiple advertisers ensuring full budget delivery and hitting client KPIs.

  • Proactively recommend forward-thinking strategies, identifying necessary amendments for existing customers, and providing data-driven recommendations for budget scaling and upsell opportunities.

  • Integrating new solutions and technologies, including AI and automation, into day-to-day processes to drive efficiency and performance uplift.

  • Providing technical support, troubleshooting underperforming campaigns, and using strong analytical skills to produce robust post-campaign analysis and clear improvement roadmaps.

  • Working closely with the Client Success team and clients to provide excellent service and support, strengthening relationships, and meeting crucial retention goals.

Who are you?

  • Have experience managing search, social and/or programmatic campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft, Meta Ads Manager, Smartly, Pinterest, TikTok, The Trade Desk, Amazon, or Yahoo DSP.

  • High attention to detail, capable of refining and implementing strategies tailored to each client efficiently. Intricate, advanced understanding of platform nuances.

  • Ability to manage complexity, quickly determine critical data, and solve problems systematically to improve campaign performance.

  • A positive, 'can-do' attitude. You enjoy bringing new ideas to the business and eager to find opportunities to refine and scale performance for your clients.
