W Sydney is now casting for a Human Resources Coordinator to join our dynamic HR team. This role sits at the heart of our people operations, supporting the day-to-day HR activities while shaping the experience of every Talent who joins our world.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Talent Operations & Administration
Maintain and streamline HR filing systems to ensure accuracy and compliance
Prepare polished correspondence, documents, and reports
Create and maintain personnel files for new Talent
Talent Attraction & Support
Support recruitment activities across all departments
Assist with payroll queries and Talent questions
Maintain a professional, welcoming space for Talent applications and onboarding
Engagement & Talent Relations
Organize and support Talent events, including engagement activities, celebrations, and HR-led initiatives that elevate the Talent experience
Respond to Talent and manager enquiries about HR programs, policies, and guidelines
Escalate Talent‑relations concerns to HR leadership when needed
Workplace Excellence
Protect confidential information and uphold HR data security standards
Build strong relationships and collaborate to achieve team goals
Support additional HR projects and initiatives as required
REQUIREMENTS
Experience in hospitality/hotel industry highly advantageous
Strong administrative and organizational skills, with a high attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑energy environment
Confident communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
High level of professionalism, discretion, and commitment to confidentiality
Tech‑savvy, with confidence using HR systems, Microsoft Office, and digital tools
