The Opportunity
We are seeking an exceptional Associate Electrical Engineer to join our Building Services team in Sydney , where you will take a leading role delivering electrical design on a high‑profile Tier 1 commercial project in the Sydney CBD .

This is a permanent role . Following completion of the initial project, you will continue working across a diverse portfolio of complex and multidisciplinary projects spanning multiple sectors.
We are taking a targeted and highly selective approach and are seeking someone at the top of their game, with strong technical capability, commercial awareness, and proven consulting experience.
What You’ll Do
Lead electrical building services design on major commercial and multidisciplinary projects
Manage small to medium design projects and contribute to large, complex developments
Act as a trusted technical and commercial advisor to clients
Provide technical leadership, mentoring and support to the wider team
Contribute to broader business objectives and project success
About You
Degree qualified in Electrical Engineering
10+ years’ experience in Australian building services consulting
Chartered Professional Engineer (CPEng) status preferred
Strong electrical design, coordination and documentation capability
Proven experience delivering complex commercial projects
Confident communicator with strong client, technical and project leadership skills
