Production Technician – Antigen Production
Location: Swiftwater, PA | Shift: 1st | Pay: $23–$26/hr
Adecco is partnering with a leading local client in Swiftwater, PA to find motivated Production Technicians for their antigen production team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility that produces high-quality, safe biological products.
As a Production Technician, you will play a critical role in ensuring production runs smoothly by preparing equipment, following production steps, maintaining accurate records, and adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Follow production procedures and cGMP standards
Prepare materials and equipment for production
Document work clearly and accurately
Manage inventory in SAP and maintain accurate records
Identify and report problems or safety concerns
Prepare production areas for the next shift
Support investigations for deviations
Participate in continuous improvement and cross-functional projects
Maintain strict compliance with sterile area and safety rules
Work a flexible schedule based on production needs
Requirements:
Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new processes
Basic mechanical, computer, and math skills
Team player with the ability to work independently
Familiarity with cGMP standards or willingness to learn
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required
Previous production or laboratory experience is a plus
Must follow strict gowning rules (no jewelry, makeup, scents, etc.)
Must receive required vaccinations depending on production area

Pay Details: $23.00 to $26.00 per hour
