Location: Swiftwater, PA

Pay: $21- $26.06 .hr

Schedule: Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays (Overtime as needed)

Adecco is hiring Formulation Technicians to support vaccine manufacturing for one of the world’s leading pharmaceutical companies in Swiftwater, PA. Job description:

You’ll support critical production operations by preparing, cleaning, and sterilizing equipment, staging materials, and ensuring the aseptic readiness of production spaces. This area is ideal for candidates who are detail‑oriented, reliable, and comfortable working with procedures and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

· Clean, sanitize, and sterilize parts, tools, and portable tanks

· Prepare disinfectant solutions and follow aseptic cleaning instructions

· Unbox incoming materials and stage items into correct storage locations

· Configure and assemble portable tanks and equipment per SOPs

· Complete filter integrity checks and document results

· Maintain supply levels in staging and production support areas

· Follow gowning procedures, traffic flow rules, and aseptic guidelines

· Maintain compliant, audit‑ready cGMP documentation

· Support team communication and continuous training requirements

What You’ll Bring

· Interest or experience in manufacturing, production, or equipment preparation

· Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions

· Ability to lift 30–50 lbs, push/pull tanks, and perform repetitive physical tasks

· Comfort working in PPE, sterile scrubs, and controlled environments

· Willingness to learn, pass training modules, and maintain qualifications

· Ability to work rotating schedules, weekends, and overtime

· Basic computer literacy (documentation, training systems)

Pay Details: $21.00 to $26.00 per week
