Job Description
As a Warehouse Shipper, you will be responsible for picking orders and staging them for the work floor. You will navigate the racking systems to pick parts for assembly and manage the loading and unloading of shipments.
Responsibilities
Pick orders and stage them for the work floor.
Navigate racking systems to pick parts for assembly.
Load and unload shipments efficiently.
Ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory management.
Operate forklifts and use RF scanners for inventory tracking.
Skills
Warehouse experience.
Experience with pulling parts and order fulfillment.
Strong inventory management skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with forklifts and RF scanners.
Familiarity with palletizing and material handling.
Ability to work in a production/warehouse environment.
Experience in parts picking or order picking.
Strong attention to detail.

Work Environment
Work within a warehouse and shop environment with exposure to chemicals used in the wash/paint process, as well as oils, greases, solvents, and cleaners. This position is located in the Bridgeport Assembly plant and requires regular and punctual attendance, including the ability to work overtime and weekends as needed. Adhere to safety protocols by wearing OSHA-approved personal protective equipment (PPE) where required

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Swedesboro, NJ.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $19.50 - $19.50/hr.
