What You Bring- 3+ years of experience operating machinery- Hands-on experience with measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, torque testers, etc.)- Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with basic hand tools- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Ability to follow technical instructions and procedures- Basic math skills- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to train and support others- Ability to stand, walk, and work around machinery for extended periods- Ability to lift up to 20 lbsPreferred Qualifications:- High School Diploma or equivalent- Experience with automation equipmentWe believe in transparent and equitable pay.
