Position Overview:
Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Machine Operator in SWANNANOA, NC . This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Machine Operator, while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Key Responsibilities:
Inspect workpieces for defects and measure parts for accuracy
Monitor machine operations and adjust equipment as needed
Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications
Set up and operate machines such as lathes, cutters, grinders, mills, and presses
Load, secure, and position materials manually or using hoists
Install and adjust drills, dies, cutters, and tooling
Perform minor electrical/mechanical repairs and routine machine maintenance
Start machines and control feeding, cooling, and lubrication systems
Skills & Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required
0–2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience
Basic understanding of machinery, tools, and production processes
Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions
Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
Good verbal and written communication abilities

Pay: $17
Shift: Monday- Thurs (6am- 4pm)

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
