Adecco US, Inc. Machine Operator in Swannanoa, North Carolina

Position Overview:

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for a Machine Operator in SWANNANOA, NC . This is a great opportunity to further your existing skills as a Machine Operator, while learning new ones to assist you in your career. Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect workpieces for defects and measure parts for accuracy

  • Monitor machine operations and adjust equipment as needed

  • Read blueprints or job orders to determine product specifications

  • Set up and operate machines such as lathes, cutters, grinders, mills, and presses

  • Load, secure, and position materials manually or using hoists

  • Install and adjust drills, dies, cutters, and tooling

  • Perform minor electrical/mechanical repairs and routine machine maintenance

  • Start machines and control feeding, cooling, and lubrication systems

Skills & Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED required

  • 0–2 years of manufacturing or machine operation experience

  • Basic understanding of machinery, tools, and production processes

  • Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions

  • Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills

  • Good verbal and written communication abilities

What’s in this position for you?

  • Pay: $17

  • Shift: Monday- Thurs (6am- 4pm)

Pay Details: $17.00 per hour
