Job Overview
Provides timely and accurate record-keeping and reporting for R2R processes.
Job Requirements
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
▪ Be responsible FA activities &JE posting，such as capitalized FA, disposal FA, transfer FA and amortization expense etc.
▪ Perform FA month-end closing activities
▪ Perform FA statutory reports, Hyperion reports, etc.
▪ Coordinate and perform monthly accounts reconciliation, follow up to resolve variances
▪ Prepare FA ad-hoc reports and analysis as required
▪ Prepare SOX documentation on FA related functions in order to ensure the documents represent the company's existing situation; and implement an action plan to address the SOX findings in order to ensure compliance with SOX regulations and other Corporate policies
▪ Provide support in external and internal audits
▪ Assist GL Supervisor to identify potential areas for improvement, support the implementation of the initiatives in order to drive continuous optimization
▪ Other assigned by direct report
REQUIREMENTS
▪ College degree or above, majoring in accounting, finance or a related field
▪ More than 1 years’ working experience in GL, experience in multi-national company or shared service environment is preferred
▪ Good knowledge of US GAAP, PRC accounting standards and related statutory regulations
▪ Good communication (written and oral) skills in both English and Mandarin
▪ Proficient in MS Office, SAP and Hyperion system experience is preferred
▪ Integrity, accountability, proactive working attitude, customer-oriented, self-motivated, ability to work under pressure
