IHG 预定主管Reservation Supervisor in Suzhou, China
1、鼓励预定团队实现一贯的Reservation高分。 2、实施宾客意见调查问卷，提高部门服务质量。 3、熟悉处理房间预订的程序，给宾客提供最新和最准确的房况信息。 4、落实”预订未到宾客”的名单和每日团队取消情况。 5、为所有的预订部员工准备工作时间和日程表。 6、管理每日/每月/每年的所有的日常通信的书写。 7、根据预订情况更改现有的预订并且预测现有的和未来的预订情况。
备注：此岗位将会涉及苏州太湖皇冠假日酒店筹开及苏州太湖假日及智选假日酒店运营工作
1、高中以上学历，有同岗位工作经验1年以上。 2、普通话清晰。 3、具有良好的产品电话销售技能，能够实现酒店客房预订率最大化。 4、具有销售业务谈判能力，能合理调配酒店产品，分清先后，实现客房销售目标。 5、具有良好的语言组织和文字表达能力，清楚，条理地表达销售意向。 6、能够督导团队成员的预订工作，指导下级提高电话销售能力。
