IHG 康乐主管Health Club Supervisor in Suzhou, China
1.对部门的产品及服务的销售工作进行管理 2.使用市场销售数据。 3.协助新产品和服务的开发工作。 4.协助对销售和市场活动的评估。 5.预测业务水平并制定工作计划。 6.和财务总监一起准备计划部门的 预算。 7.按要求参加管理层会议并参与讨论。 8.和人力资源部进行人员的计划和管理。 9.管理部门内全体员工。 10.协调康乐设施和设备的所有保养工作。 11.协调所有对客康乐服务。 12.负责所有对客服务的安全 。 13.向客人提供高品质的服务。 14.遵守酒店和企业指导方针（如标识指导方针安全指导方针等）。 15.遵守部门清洁和保养规定。
备注：此岗位将会涉及苏州太湖皇冠假日酒店筹开及苏州太湖假日及智选假日酒店运营工作
