IHG 工程主管Engineering Supervisor in Suzhou, China
1、负责酒店工程设备的日常维护、保养及检修工作，确保设施设备正常运行； 2、制定并执行设备维护计划，定期检查各类系统（如电力、空调、给排水等），预防故障发生； 3、处理突发性设备故障，快速响应并解决问题，确保酒店运营不受影响； 4、监督外包维修服务商的工作质量，确保其符合酒店标准； 5、管理工程部工具、备件及耗材的库存，合理控制成本； 6、协助制定节能降耗方案，优化设备运行效率，降低能耗成本； 7、培训并指导工程部员工，提升团队专业技能及安全意识； 8、配合其他部门完成相关工程改造或活动支持需求。
备注：此岗位将会涉及苏州太湖皇冠假日酒店筹开及苏州太湖假日及智选假日酒店运营工作
1、具备酒店或相关行业工程设备维护经验，熟悉强弱电、暖通、给排水等系统优先； 2、掌握基本维修技能，能独立处理常见设备故障； 3、具备较强的动手能力及问题分析能力，能快速判断并解决突发问题； 4、责任心强，工作细致，注重安全规范； 5、具备团队协作精神，能适应轮班或紧急加班； 6、持有电工证、制冷证等相关职业资格证书者优先； 7、无学历及年龄限制，欢迎有相关经验或学习意愿者应聘。
