IHG 中餐厅副经理Asst Chinese Restaurant Manager in Suzhou, China
1、负责维护和保管餐厅所有的低值易耗品、固定资产、设施等，包括但不限于餐厅的家具、布草、仓库物品和餐具等。 2、确保所有员工经过正规的培训，并拥有所需要的工具和设备有效的完成各项工作。 3、管理每日员工事务，合理安排工作任务和制定工作目标和培训计划。教导员工并定期对部门员工进行评估；管理把那个协助处理员工问题以帮助提高其工作表现。 4、确保所有餐厅员工获得适当培训，备有有效的工具和设施激励在岗员工以确保其工作。
备注：此岗位将会涉及苏州太湖皇冠假日酒店筹开及苏州太湖假日及智选假日酒店运营工作
1、英文沟通能力，其他的语种也是被需求的 2、掌握有关于食品，酒水，运营各个方面的知识以及工作能力 3、4年以上相关的工作经验。 4、优秀的行政管理技能 5、拥有敏锐的商业嗅觉 6、较强的领导能力，懂得激励团队队员以及跟团队的沟通 7、良好的英文书写能力和口语能力 8、良好的仪容仪表
