Job title: Suzhou Site Performance Manager
Job Responsibilities:
Applies advanced and wide-ranging knowledge to drive execution of tangible performance and E2E process improvement projects involving complex requests, using excellence tools and methodologies.
Handles establishment of a culture of Impact and Execution Excellence supporting the design and deployment of Excellence practice tools & methodologies (Continuous Improvement, Agile, Process Management, Project Management, Change management and Performance Management).
Leverages advanced knowledge in business excellence to diagnose and resolve complex issues across or within business units, regions, or functions, delivering strategic solutions and technical guidance.
Drives businesses process standardization and simplification initiatives, using process analysis and optimization (including automation) techniques to enhance overall efficiency and performance.
Enhances process interconnection, automation, and integration by deploying advanced tools and technologies to automate key business workflows, in close coordination with process owners and PSE teams.
Directs capability-building initiatives by leveraging (and owning) advanced tools and methodologies to boost organizational performance, aligns with business objectives, and delivers measurable improvements.
Works under limited supervision to contribute to the development, modification, and execution of organizational policies, impacting immediate operations and potentially affecting the broader organization.
Ensures the establishment of communities of practice to drive effective knowledge management, focusing on the development, dissemination, and implementation of best practices across the organization to enhance overall performance.
You're the right fit if:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in Business Administration, Strategic Management, Organizational Behavior or equivalent.
Minimum 5 years of experience with Bachelor's OR Minimum 3 years of experience with Master's in areas such as Project Management, Change Management, Operations or equivalent.
