Job description
Main Responsibility：
To carry out different machining operations on NC machines according to drawings, procedures and specifications (including set up, installation of the product and the tooling).
To control product quality to ensure compliance to specifications using different measurement tools and to take appropriate steps if abnormal situations are detected.
To complete appropriate Quality Assurance documentation.
To continuously improve and optimize the work processes methods and tools.
Candidate skills & requirements
Knowledge of Machining principles
• Using-machining equipment (set-up, installation, tooling).
• Knowledge of Numerical Controls fundamentals.
• Inspection Skills (using the measuring tools and equipment to control product quality).
• Is able to use all Quality Assurance documents (Inspection Plans, Non-Conformance Reports, etc)
• Problem-solving
• Able to read drawings and layouts (interpreting all the information and tolerances contained in the drawings and identifies the critical areas of parts and operations).
