Honeywell Logistics Analyst II in Suzhou, China
Brief summary of position’s purpose or role – the primary objective of the role 遵照公司要求负责工厂原材料、成品和其他物资的物流操作、外部协调和日常管理，包括进出 口，贸易合规，国内运输，以及相关 SAP 系统操作。
Describe the key tasks / activities that are necessary to fulfil the purpose of the role – remember these actions should not be key “goals” – these should be reviewed and allocated annually as part of the performance development program
• 严格遵守相关法律法规，确保各项工作符合相关要求；
• 遵守和贯彻公司 HSE 制度及相关管理要求，达到 0-0-0 目标；
• 负责 ZJG MUS 贸易合规，满足内审和外审要求；
• 制定并执行 HPMT/ZUOP/EC 物流相关管理程序，达到 KPI 要求；
• 跟踪原材料和产品的物流情况，与货代、客服或客户等保持沟通，及时掌握物流状况信息；
• 作为工厂对内的物流联络和操作人员，负责内部物流的沟通、协调和事务操作；
• 负责物流费用相关的工作，根据要求进行计划、审核和提报等，并配合部门经理做好成本控 制工作；
• 配合采购，参与物流供应商的甄选、协调、评估和必要的管理工作；
• 协调物流供应商的现场管理，协助外来人员和车辆的 HSE 和物流控制；
• 按相关程序要求进行文档使用和管理，保证准确、完整和正确归档；
• 积极参与推行 HOS 完成相关工作，包括现场 5S、可视化管理等，并提出合理化建议；
• 负责做好部门经理交办的其他事项
• 大学本科
• 5 年进出口物流工作经验，有化学品工作经验优先。
• 熟练使用电脑办公软件，excel 表
• 良好的英文沟通能力
• 有 SAP 使用经验者优先
• 善于跨部门沟通
• 抗压能力强
