IHG Chef De Partie 厨师主管 in Suzhou, China
- 负责所辖厨房岗位(如热菜、冷菜等)的日常出品管理,确保菜品质量、规格及出餐时效符合标准;
- 协助主厨完成菜单研发、成本控制、食材验收及库存管理等工作;
- 指导并监督本岗厨师规范操作,落实食品安全、卫生及安全生产要求;
参与排班协调、员工培训及绩效反馈,支持团队稳定与技能提升。
具备2年及以上星级酒店或中高端餐饮企业同岗位工作经验,熟悉法式、欧陆或融合菜系操作流程者优先;
- 具备良好的食品安全意识与实操能力,持有有效健康证明;
- 具备基础英语沟通能力,能准确理解英文菜谱及工作指令;
- 具备团队协作精神与抗压能力,无学历、性别、民族、宗教信仰、婚育状况等方面限制性要求;
- 非国家规定禁忌岗位,不以乙肝病毒携带等传染病病原携带状态作为录用障碍。
