IHG Assistant Chinese Restaurant Manager 中餐厅副经理 in Suzhou, China

  1. 协助中餐厅经理开展日常运营管理,包括人员排班、服务流程监督及顾客满意度管理;
  2. 负责前厅与后厨的协调沟通,保障餐品出品质量与服务响应时效;
  3. 参与员工培训与绩效辅导,提升团队专业能力与服务标准;
  4. 执行成本控制措施,协助完成营收目标、物料盘点及损耗管理;
  5. 配合处理顾客投诉与突发事件,维护餐厅运营秩序与品牌形象。

  6. 大专及以上学历,餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先;

  7. 具备2年及以上中高端中餐厅一线管理经验,熟悉前厅或后厨任一模块运作;
  8. 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识及抗压能力;
  9. 熟悉食品安全规范及劳动法律法规,具备基础财务与数据分析意识;
  10. 普通话流利,具备基本英语沟通能力者优先。
