IHG Assistant Chinese Restaurant Manager 中餐厅副经理 in Suzhou, China
- 协助中餐厅经理开展日常运营管理，包括人员排班、服务流程监督及顾客满意度管理；
- 负责前厅与后厨的协调沟通，保障餐品出品质量与服务响应时效；
- 参与员工培训与绩效辅导，提升团队专业能力与服务标准；
- 执行成本控制措施，协助完成营收目标、物料盘点及损耗管理；
配合处理顾客投诉与突发事件，维护餐厅运营秩序与品牌形象。
大专及以上学历，餐饮管理、酒店管理或相关专业优先；
- 具备2年及以上中高端中餐厅一线管理经验，熟悉前厅或后厨任一模块运作；
- 具备良好的沟通协调能力、服务意识及抗压能力；
- 熟悉食品安全规范及劳动法律法规，具备基础财务与数据分析意识；
- 普通话流利，具备基本英语沟通能力者优先。
