What Youll Do
- Start your day from home in a fully equipped company vehicle
- Get paid from the moment you start your engine (Port-to-Port Pay!)
- Use a company-provided iPad to manage work orders and documentation
- Troubleshoot and repair commercial kitchen, refrigeration, and HVAC equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers, dispatchers, and manufacturer support
- Focus on servicenot sales. Our office team handles quotes, parts, and billing
What Were Looking For
- Experience in equipment maintenance or repair (required)
- Refrigeration/HVAC experience and EPA certification (preferred, not required)
- Strong technical and electrical skillsable to read wiring diagrams and manuals
- Comfortable using tablets, smartphones, and other tech tools
- Willingness to work overtime and participate in a rotating on-call schedule
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment drug screening and participate in random testing
- Most importantly: a curious mind and a willingness to learn
