Education Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree or equivalent Required
Associate's Degree in related field Preferred
Experience Qualifications:
6 years experience of web application programming Required
Experience with various platforms, libraries and development programming such as Java, HTML, CSS, XML, API, JSON, Javascript, M365 Power Platform, Microsoft SharePoint and SQL Preferred
Skills Qualifications:
Demonstrates knowledge of Analysis & Design at both the business level and technical level
Ability to analyze processes and identify areas for improvement
Ability to translate logic to solve application problems
Understanding of the Systems Development Process (Design, Debugging, Documentation, Testing, Maintenance)

Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for the requirements analysis, design, development, testing, and implementation of applications in web various environments.
Complete programming functions, including writing and maintaining new applications.
Maintain current programs and documentation standards and practices.
Establish testing criteria, test, and debug applications.
Perform file recovery and storage versioning/housekeeping functions.
Conduct analysis of application systems.
Design and implement application systems.
Create and maintain application system documentation.
Report status on assigned tasks.
Perform feasibility studies and requirement analysis.
Assist or train other team members in resolving application problems.
Participate in intranet/internet planning discussions and implementations.
Provide world-class customer service.
Maintain contact with the users to remain familiar with the user's needs.
Demonstrate any new or enhanced system to users.
Work with user and technical teams in a professional manner.
Consult with management to get approval for new applications.
Contribute to project management requirements.
Participate in status meetings.
Maintain technical expertise of application systems.
Maintain a high degree of technical competence in web programming and system analysis.
Utilize vendor supplied technical manuals and training material to acquire/solidify skills in assigned fields.
Maintain a working knowledge in the areas of Java, intranet/internet security, and web/REST services.
Maintain a working interest in emerging technologies and training.
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to stand, walk, negotiate stairs, climb ladders, reach with hands and arms, talk, and hear, manipulate tools and small items with hands, and lift and transport up to 50 pounds over short distances. The employee is required to operate a motor vehicle in performance of duties. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, and color vision. The employee may be subjected to a wide range of ambient temperature and humidity conditions while working on equipment under varying conditions including overhead work and work in confined spaces.
