Education Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree or equivalent Required
Bachelor's Degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related experience Preferred
Experience Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration and/or cloud application support required. Required
Skills Qualifications:
Ability to administer and support Microsoft 365 applications including Exchange Online, Teams, OneDrive, and related services
Experience with SharePoint Online site administration including permissions, site collections, and content management
Knowledge of Power Platform including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI administration
Analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot cloud application issues
Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with staff and stakeholders
Experience with user provisioning, licensing management, and identity management in Azure Active Directory/Entra ID
Demonstrated ability to document processes and create technical documentation
Capacity to analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and improvement
Primary Responsibilities:
Responsible for the administration, configuration, and support of Microsoft 365 applications, SharePoint Online sites, and Power Platform applications.
Administer Microsoft 365 applications and services.
Provide support for Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, and related M365 applications.
Perform user provisioning, de-provisioning, and license management across M365 services.
Configure and manage security and compliance settings within the M365 environment.
Monitor service health and performance using Microsoft 365 admin center and related tools.
Implement and maintain data loss prevention (DLP) policies and retention labels.
Administer SharePoint Online sites and site collections.
Create and configure SharePoint sites, libraries, and lists based on departmental needs.
Manage SharePoint permissions, security groups, and access levels.
Configure site features, navigation, and customization to enhance user experience.
Assist users with content migration, organization, and management within SharePoint.
Maintain site templates and governance policies for consistent deployment.
Support Power Platform administration and development.
Administer Power Apps environments, data gateways, and connection references.
Assist in the development and deployment of Power Apps solutions for business processes.
Configure and manage Power Automate flows for workflow automation.
Support Power BI workspace administration and report publishing.
Monitor Power Platform usage and implement governance policies.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting.
Respond to support tickets related to M365, SharePoint, and Power Platform issues.
Troubleshoot application errors, permission issues, and configuration problems.
Escalate complex issues to Microsoft support or senior administrators as needed.
Knowledgeable with identity and access across cloud services.
Knowledge of Azure Active Directory (Entra ID) user accounts and groups.
Knowledge of configuring conditional access policies and multi-factor authentication settings.
Knowledge of managing guest access and external sharing configurations.
Document processes and maintain technical documentation.
Create and maintain documentation for cloud application configurations and procedures.
Develop user guides and training materials for staff.
Participate in professional development and continuous improvement.
Stay current with Microsoft 365 updates, new features, and best practices.
Attend training sessions and pursue relevant certifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders and communicate solutions.
Work with department staff to understand requirements and implement solutions.
Communicate technical concepts to non-technical users effectively.
