Warehouse Worker / Driver (Live Event Support) Position Overview: We are seeking a dependable and self-motivated Warehouse Worker/Driver to join our team in supporting live event productions. This role involves hands-on work with staging equipment, logistics coordination, and safe transportation of gear to and from event locations. The ideal candidate is organized, accountable, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Loading & Unloading: \Safely load and unload staging equipment, audio/visual gear, and other event-related materials from trucks. \Ensure all equipment is properly secured and protected during transport. Warehouse Operations: \Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse space. \Perform regular inventory checks and help with equipment maintenance and repairs. \Prepare equipment for upcoming events and restock returned items. Driving & Delivery: \Operate company vehicles (non-CDL required) to deliver and pick up equipment at various event venues. \Follow designated routes and schedules while ensuring timely and safe deliveries. \Maintain vehicle cleanliness and report any maintenance needs or issues. Team Collaboration: \Work closely with production and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations. \Communicate effectively with supervisors and crew members regarding equipment needs and delivery timelines. Qualifications: \Valid driver\'s license with a clean driving record. (Must be insurable) \Ability to lift and move heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs or more). \Previous experience in warehouse, logistics, or event production preferred. \Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. \Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision. \High level of accountability and professionalism. Work Environment: \Fast-paced and physically active. \May include early mornings, late evenings, and weekend shifts depending on event schedules. \Indoor and outdoor work environments, including venues and loading docks.
