POWER TEST INC General Manager, Aftermarket in SUSSEX, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: General Manager, Aftermarket. Power Test, LLC. Sussex, Wisconsin. Lead and manage Power Test\'s Aftermarket value stream, overseeing safety, talent, systems, engineering processes, products, and financial performance. Define and execute aftermarket sales and service strategy. Oversee delivery of preventative maintenance, calibration, and system upgrades. Collaborate with customers, engineering, and sales to develop predictive maintenance solutions. Implement the Business Transformation Agenda (BTA) and deploy Hoshin Policy for strategic alignment and continuous improvement. Drive improvements in parts and service sales, EBITDA, fill-rate, on-time delivery, and first-time quality. Develop and launch new product offerings to transform aftermarket services into a profit center. Execute targeted sales and marketing campaigns. Implement next-generation product and service technologies, including CSM and FSM platforms for remote and proactive service. Manage value stream P&L to achieve EBITDA, Net Working Capital, and long-term financial targets. Optimize customer experience, pricing, inventory, and value stream processes. Build and maintain strategic customer relationships and conduct VOC initiatives to guide new offerings. Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and deliver new products and services. Lead transformation projects with measurable ROI, applying lean, Six Sigma, and automation to improve fulfillment, field service, and customer delivery. Lead, mentor, develop, and oversee personnel decisions for the field service and parts teams, including performance reviews, training, and discipline. Supervise four direct reports: Services Operations Manager, Parts and Support Manager, Aftermarket Sales Manager, and Digital Product Manager. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Master\'s degree in Industrial Engineering, Engineering Management, Business Management, or a closely related degree. 5 years of experience in any aftermarket management role. 5 years of experience managing a nationwide team with direct reports and KPI-driven performance management. 5 years of experience with supply chain and materials management including developing, managing, and supporting aftermarket fulfillment requirements. Demonstrated experience managing Profit & Loss (P&L) for an aftermarket business, and achieving growth in aftermarket revenue and EBITDA. Demonstrated experience building new organizational capabilities in an aftermarket environment. Demonstrated experience with digitalization, IoT commercialization, ecommerce aftermarket strategies, and deploying or managing Customer Service Management (CSM) and Field Service Management (FSM) platforms. Demonstrated experience utilizing Hoshin Matrix and X-Matrix tool for strategic alignment and continuous improvement.
