Pregis LLC Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager Location: Sussex, WI Reports to: Director of Operations General Purpose of Job The Continuous Improvement Manager is responsible for the delivery of process innovation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites It will play an important role in helping to foster a culture of sustainable change through the creation and embedding of LEAN methodology and the supporting framework to deliver business transformation. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Assist in the development and implementation of a continuous improvement strategy. Identify and deliver improvement activity across the business through process improvement methodologies. Lead cross-functional teams in identifying areas for improvement, analyzing workflows, and implementing solutions to enhance productivity and quality. Collaborate with key business stakeholders across the business. Develop a \'LEAN champions\' internal network, to build a continuous improvement environment. Lead and facilitate LEAN/process improvement-based workshops to drive ideas and solutions. Eliminate unnecessary complexity within business processes and identification of better ways of working. Ensure all projects have measurable results and monitoring via internal governance and controls. Actively monitor project risks and proactively identify solutions to address in advance Ensure the business impact and project objectives/dependences are identified, reported on and managed.
