Manage and maintain reservations and ensure accuracy in booking records, check guests in and out in a timely and professional manner. Provide a friendly, courteous, and positive customer experience at all times by greeting and assisting customers in person and by phone with questions, purchases, and concerns. Manger will also schedule, coordinate, and supervise camp store staff as needed, and train and support staff to ensure consistent service and procedures.
