Summary: The Custodial Worker (Part Time) is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and order of assigned buildings or areas of the Association facilities.\ Examples of Position Responsibilities:\ Cleans and maintains building facilities and common areas;\ Performs the necessary room set-ups for scheduled meetings and events;\ Sweeps, mops, scrubs, and vacuum floors using cleaning solutions, tools and equipment;\ Cleans and/or polishes walls, ceilings, windows, and building fixtures;\ Cleans hallways, door glass;\ Dusts furniture, walls, light fixtures and other equipment;\ Gathers and empties trash;\ Cleans and sanitizes bathrooms daily;\ Perform outdoor functions including, but not limited to, pressure clean tennis courts, vacuum bocce courts, clean water fountains, clean outdoor furniture;\ Report needed repair work to supervisor;\ Keep current with events and activities occurring at The Grand; and\ Perform other duties as assigned.\ Education and/or Experience:\ High school diploma or equivalent.\ 1+ years of general work experience; or a combination of education, experience, and training that\ indicates the ability to successfully perform the essential functions of the position listed above.\ Must possess and maintain a valid Arizona drivers license\ Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.\ Work and remain on foot for extended periods of time.
