  • Grow your career : Learn from a world-class team in a highly collaborative environment

  • Blend creativity with real-world impact : Solve complex problems in a dynamic, fast-evolving industry

Responsibilities

  • Design intuitive, elegant experiences that support travel consultants in booking and managing air, hotel, car, cruise, and tour reservations

  • Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring ideas to life

  • Contribute to products that power global travel experiences, including:

  • Agent CRM platforms

  • Point-of-sale systems for travel bookings

  • Internal analytics and operational tools

  • Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define problems and deliver impactful solutions

  • Participate in and help lead user research efforts, translating insights into meaningful design improvements

  • Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system that ensures consistency and accessibility

  • Present and articulate design decisions with clarity and confidence to stakeholders

  • Rapidly prototype and iterate—embracing a “show, don’t tell” mindset

  • Ensure high-quality execution through implementation reviews and cross-team collaboration

  • Actively engage in design critiques and the broader design community to continuously elevate craft

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
