Job Description
We are seeking a Sr. Associate – Product Designer to help design the next generation of travel servicing experiences. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate, early-career designer to work on meaningful, real-world products that power global travel experiences.
You’ll collaborate with cross-functional partners across Product, Engineering, and Business to deliver thoughtful, scalable solutions—while growing your craft in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
What We’re Looking For
2–4 years of experience in UX/Product Design
A strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end design thinking and shipped work
Passion for creating seamless, customer-centric experiences—ideally within complex or service-oriented platforms
Ability to balance creativity with business and technical constraints
Strong visual and interaction design skills with attention to detail
Curiosity and a growth mindset, with a willingness to challenge assumptions and explore new ideas
Experience (or strong interest) in user research and data-informed design
Strong collaboration and communication skills

Responsibilities
Design intuitive, elegant experiences that support travel consultants in booking and managing air, hotel, car, cruise, and tour reservations
Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that bring ideas to life
Contribute to products that power global travel experiences, including:
Agent CRM platforms
Point-of-sale systems for travel bookings
Internal analytics and operational tools
Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Business teams to define problems and deliver impactful solutions
Participate in and help lead user research efforts, translating insights into meaningful design improvements
Contribute to and evolve a scalable design system that ensures consistency and accessibility
Present and articulate design decisions with clarity and confidence to stakeholders
Rapidly prototype and iterate—embracing a “show, don’t tell” mindset
Ensure high-quality execution through implementation reviews and cross-team collaboration
Actively engage in design critiques and the broader design community to continuously elevate craft
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
1–3+ years of professional experience in product/UX design
