Job Description
Provide high-quality, efficient support to the pharmacy team across a range of clinical and data-focused functions. The role involves patient care support, relationship management, internal service coordination, data collection and analysis, report development, assistance with student training, and other related tasks.
Responsibilities
Provide patient care support and manage customer and stakeholder relationships.
Coordinate internal services and collect, analyze, and report data.
Assist with training of IPPE/APPE students.
Manage medication claims resolutions for members, providers, and pharmacies.
Work with Medicaid, Medicare, LTC, or Florida Healthy Kids populations.
Essential Skills
Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPT) in Florida.
3+ years of experience as a pharmacy technician in a managed care setting.
Experience in medication therapy management (MTM) or patient counseling.
Proficiency in medication claims resolution.
Experience with Medicaid, Medicare, LTC, or Florida Healthy Kids populations.
Proficient in Microsoft Office products and pharmacy tools.
Ability to type at least 40 words per minute.
Work Environment
This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid schedule, promoting a great work culture. Work remotely on Mondays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays, with in-office presence required on Tuesdays. The shift is from 8 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
