Description
We are looking for a bilingual (Spanish) HR Generalist to join our team on a contract basis in Sunnyvale, Texas. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting a workforce of 300 contractors, focusing on onboarding processes and ensuring smooth transitions in areas such as compensation and benefits. This position requires a proactive approach to human resources administration and employee relations.
Responsibilities:
• Facilitate onboarding processes for new contractors, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support discussions around compensation and benefits, providing clear guidance and effective communication.
• Serve as a resource for employee relations, addressing inquiries and resolving concerns promptly.
• Maintain and update HR information systems (HRIS) to ensure accurate and efficient record-keeping.
• Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals.
• Provide assistance with benefit functions, such as enrollment and ongoing support.
• Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations in HR-related activities.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to support employee development.
• Monitor and evaluate HR processes, recommending improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements
• Proven experience in human resources administration, with a focus on onboarding and employee relations.
• Strong proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) and related tools.
• Bilingual capabilities, with fluency in both English and Spanish
• Knowledge of compensation structures and benefits administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams.
• Familiarity with employment laws and regulations.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
