Meta Technology Program Manager in Sunnyvale, California
Summary:
Meta is looking to hire an experienced and hands-on Technology Program Manager (TPM) to join our Scaled Operations (SO) to with the proven track record of proactively working on issues may not be clearly defined and require strategy and direction.As part of Meta’s strategic focus on integrating AI into operational processes, this role will lead Infrastructure and Security programs to transform how we operate within Scaled Operations. The TPM will be responsible for leading the execution of several large-scale initiatives and will work with various stakeholders including Engineering, Product, Operations, and Vendors.

Technology Program Manager Responsibilities:
Understand the architecture and integration points of Meta’s community support processes, products, and policies. Drive system design discussions in the Infrastructure and Security domains
Analyze, map, and redesign internal operational workflows to identify pain points and opportunities for AI-first automation and efficiency gains
Provide hands-on program management during analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and post implementation phases of technology solutions. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans and ensure on-time delivery
Architect end-to-end automation solutions, leading technical design discussions and ensuring technical scalability, robustness, and compliance with Meta standards
Use problem-solving skills to resolve large and complex business problems. Analyze complex support flows and provide recommendations for process, policy, and product improvements
Track, analyze, and report on key operational metrics and business impact of automation initiatives to determine where to focus optimization efforts
Manage cross-functional programs covering a range of products across all lines of the business, driving cross-functional engagement with product managers, engineers, business stakeholders, and external partners
Develop playbooks, reusable templates, and best practices to scale successful automations across Scaled Operations

Bachelor's degree in a directly related field, or equivalent practical experience
8+ years of experience in technology program management focused on software, or related experience in working on development infrastructure and tools
Experience leading medium/large scale technology solution implementation, specifically within automation, AI, or advanced system infrastructure domains
Knowledge of software development processes and best practices. Knowledge with project and issue tracking systems
Demonstrated strategic thinking with analytical and complex problem-solving experience
Track record of operating under your own initiative across multiple teams, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner
Experience in fostering seamless cross-functional working relationships in medium to large organizations
Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application to business process optimization

Experience in Cloud architecture
Hands-on experience working on AI-coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Codeium)
Hands-on experience working in Deep Learning / Neural Networks, and Agentic workflows
Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Operations, or a related technical field
Experience working with data visualization tools
Experience working in a technology company or consulting firm
Public Compensation:
$123,000/year to $179,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
