Summary
We are seeking an accomplished Senior Engineering Manager to lead Finance Data Engineering and AI Enablement initiatives that unlock business value from enterprise financial data.
Operating at the intersection of Finance, Data Platforms, and AI teams, you will ensure financial data is reliable, governed, and architected to unlock advanced analytics and AI, while maintaining compliance and operational rigor.
Description
You will architect and scale modern financial data platforms that power reporting, advanced analytics, and AI-driven automation. You will be responsible for transforming financial data into a strategic asset — enabling faster insights, intelligent automation, and predictive decision making across Finance. The role requires deep expertise in modern data engineering, strong financial domain understanding, and the ability to translate Finance priorities into robust technical solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent
10–14 years of progressive experience in data engineering or enterprise engineering
8+ years of people management experience.
Deep expertise in modern data architectures (cloud-native, distributed systems).
Strong understanding of financial reporting and analytics use cases.
Experience enabling AI use cases using enterprise data.
Proven experience partnering with senior business stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Expertise in financial processes and associated compliance requirements
Strong executive communication and influencing skills.
Experience in leading significant technology transformations.
Experience in leading and developing high-performing teams in a fast-paced, dynamic, and innovative environment.
