Where you will work: This position offers a hybrid work option up to 50% remote and is open to any Compeer office location in Illinois, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The contributions you will make: This position plays a key part in providing sales training to internal and external stakeholders and enhancing relationships with Lender Partners through ongoing engagement, education, and support. In addition, this role may help guide clients or/and partners through the loan approval process, ensuring a seamless and efficient application experience. Delivers exceptional service to Lending Partner client while collaborating effectively with internal teams to facilitate successful outcomes. Maintains accurate records and tracks key performance metrics to support continuous improvement and excellent service delivery.
