JOB REQUIREMENTS: We\'re searching for a skilled Flexo Press Operator to join our team! If you\'re passionate about print and have a knack for operating complex machinery, this is your chance to shine. We want a self-motivated FlexoPress Operator at our Sun Prairie facility, minutes from Madison, WI.Our Printing Press Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining press machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. SHIFT AVAILABLE 1st Shift, Monday - Thursday. Starting rate \$18.00.. Work 4-10/hr. days: Monday-Thursday 7:00 am 3:30 pm (30-minute unpaid break) With Printing industry experience comes a higher pay rate offer! Responsible for all setup, cleanup, andtroubleshooting on all machines, Color matches and other quality control checks throughout the shift. Produce a world-class label product in a fast-paced work environment. Offer and drive suggestions to improve the overall process. Organize and implement improvement ideas in the work area. Other duties may be assigned. 6-month review cycle ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: EMPLOYEES WHO EXCEL IN THIS ROLE HAVE THE FOLLOWING QUALITIES: Prior FlexographicPress Set Up Operator experience. Ability to multi-task. Good eye for product quality and safety. Good attendance and reliable transportation to work PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS Prior Manufacturing experience is preferred. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Ability to stand for the approximate duration of scheduled shift (minus breaks), lift to 20 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally, repetitive grasping, frequent, twisting, lifting above shoulder height, occasional bend, reach, crouch, or stoop. Sensory requirements are tactile/touch with hands and digits, near and far visual acuity, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
