The Truss Company Inside Sales Coordinator in Sumner, Washington

The Truss Company, a leader in the truss industry since 1985, is looking for a highly organized ISR Coordinator to support our growing Commercial Division.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys coordinating projects, supporting sales teams, and helping complex commercial construction projects move smoothly from bid to delivery.

You'll work closely with sales, design, dispatch, and production teams while serving as a key communication link between internal departments and our commercial customers.

What You'll Do

  • Support commercial truss bids and estimating coordination
  • Help manage project documentation including contracts, submittals, and change orders
  • Track order progress and help keep projects on schedule
  • Coordinate with designers, sales, dispatch, and production teams
  • Assist with customer communication and project updates
  • Support pricing accuracy and margin monitoring
  • Maintain organized project records and workflows

What We're Looking For

  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, project coordination, estimating support, or administrative operations
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
  • Construction or building materials experience preferred
