? Pay: $21.75 – $25.75/hr
? Schedule:
1st Shift: 4:30 AM – 3:00 PM (Frequent Friday OT after training; occasional Saturday OT)
2nd Shift: 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (Frequent Friday OT after training; occasional Saturday OT)? Employment Type: Contract-to-Hire
About the Role
We are seeking skilled Assembler I team members to join our aerospace manufacturing operation in Sumner, WA. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to high-precision assemblies while developing your career in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. There is potential for contract-to-hire conversion based on performance.
What You’ll Do
Assemble aerospace components using hand and power tools, including rivet guns and pneumatic/air tools such as impact wrenches, ratchets, sanders, grinders, drills, and air hammers.
Read, interpret, and follow work instructions and drawings.
Measure components accurately using tape measures (with at least ¼ inch increments).
Ensure quality standards are met and follow all safety protocols.
Support team efforts to meet production targets, including overtime as required.
Qualifications
Prior aerospace assembly experience preferred.
Proficient with hand and power tools , including rivet guns and pneumatic/air tools.
Basic grounding knowledge or experience is a plus.
Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and willingness to work overtime when needed.
